I have recently converted from YaBB2.1 to SMF 1.1.11 and in the process of tidying anomolies etc.
I have a problem in that the recent posts shortcut .... smfbb/index.php?action=recent starts with a post back in October 2008 when it should be today (Jan 2010).
Has something gone awry with my conversion? Any advice would be most useful.
The recent.php seems to operate by message id, as opposed to date/time stamp. The higher the ID, the most recent.
Looks as though during my conversion from YaBB, that the ID numbers generated have not been applied by date/time. What a mess!
Something to be aware of ... I think I may have to re-attempt the conversion from scratch :(
