Title: Is there any way of having two groups with admimistrator access?
Post by: bork on February 18, 2010, 08:29:37 AM
I know that you can have custom titles, but this query isn't relate to that

Is possible to have two different groups/titles that are both administrators?

e.g. User1 is "administrator" and User2 is "other administrator" - both would be admins.

2 ways to do this.

1) Create a new usergroup with all permissions allowed. This would be effectivily another Admin group.
2) Create a new usergroup with normal user permissions, and name it "other administrator", and add it as primary group to your other admin, and the original admin group as secondary group. Then the title would be from the primary group, and permissions from the secondary group.

Personally, I would do 2)
