Upload 1.0.3 upgrade package (http://www.simplemachines.org/download.php/smf_1-0-3_upgrade.zip) und run upgrade.php

There is also a converter available in the "Tools and Converters" section of the download page if you would prefer to leave your YaBB SE install untouched.
