/me tries to read your mind as to the address so we can see for ourselves, or tries to read your mind for a picture of what it looks like.
You'll have to give us some more information. Are you saying that everything comes out as "plain text", with no colors or background images, and sort of arranged in one long column? If so, your CSS files aren't being read for some reason. View > Page source and see the "link" references to .css files. Are the paths given to the files correct? Are the files themselves readable (say, 644 permissions)?
