i want other language option in my website..that the user select his favorite language which he/she want... the any user want to see website all in french or Russian etc language..so plz tell me that which language package i stall in website for them to give users comfort.....

Download all the languages you want to set, and upload them. that's all. All people could choice their language at their registering and after on their profile.
but from where i get languages packages to download it....??

Well here is something interesting that may serve I have it on my website, see the following topic puden http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=381849.0 which easily explains how to do this the only drawback is that this in Spanish so if you do not know is advisable to use google to translate many successes with this.
