from the Admin -> Current Theme -> Logo image URL:

That usually never works. For years I always wondered why that option even still exists.

@Rayout: Where do you want the banner to appear? Do you want it to replace the Black Box logo or above the entire theme?

;)

No the black box logo I already designed a different logo for that.
I want the banner to appear more or less in between the Blacbox logo and the info of the current loged user .
Well where it should be its a banner.

Maybe try setting the wrapper to a fixed size and enlarging the hdrb.gif file to around 960 pixels wide and adding a logo space to it?  :-\

Example:

In index.css:
div#wrapper
{
width: 1024px;
margin: 0 auto;
padding: 0;
}

This seemed to work fine for me on a test install.

Has this issue been resolved now? If you still need help with it, I suggest asking this in the theme's own support topic as the users there will know more about modifying the theme.
