as topic says itself, How can I add THANKS and FAST REPLY BUTTON to my forum, alongwith default setting of WYSWIG editor?

go to Admin panel> themes > Current Theme > Member options > and click on select Configure guest and new user options for this theme. from there you can enable quick reply!
and for thanks button, you should install this (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=710) mod from the packages option in smf admin panel.
