I do not think you can see the whole list. You can see only the mods that you recognize though.
As said the only way is if you recognise ones being used.
I currently use 75 mods on MKA.
Thought as much... Ah well, worth a try ;D
How many mods are you currently using PurpleCrow?
Erm, roughly 10 at the moment, I've just done a clean install so there are still a few mods I plan on installing.
