Title: "Board" setup/Redirect option
Post by: yakyakyak on August 04, 2010, 09:43:22 AM

Any idea how I would keep the member on my forum while allowing a redirect via Admin-> Boards

The way it's working I am losing the member to the new link and really want a new tab or popup

Thanks

Well the whole idea  is to keep the member on my forum and if i want to offer a redirect to a friends site i would rather do it via
a new tab or window

From my understanding you want redirect board to open in new windows which normally is done by extra code of target="_blank". However, I am not sure where to edit that.

Would be nice to have an option in Admin for popup/tab or internal

This captcha for posting sucks

I found by searching mod site with keyword "redirect". Befriend with 'search' rather then 'captcha'. You may find it relevant to your needs: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1565
