Title: Adding Gifs To Boards Using html
Post by: YogiBear on August 30, 2010, 12:52:01 PM
I've found how easy it is to add a gif image to a Board (much like using the Images On Board mod) using html with no errors in the admin log.

What worries me is by hosting the image remotely - eg. on postimage - am I leaving myself more open than usual to possible hack attacks?

Thanks for any advice.  :)

Not at all, as long as the place where your hosting your images is secure. Even then, it wouldn't be to bad a problem.

Why not just host them on your site?
