Please Guests can't register on my site....
When they try to register..they get "An Error Has Occured" after entering all their details...
Unless...the Admin..registers new member....no one can register on the site..
Please how can I can fix the "An Error Has Occured.." Coz...I'm losing new members since yesterday...

Go to Admin -> Members -> Registerations -> settings
Make sure new member signups are immediate registeration instead of admin approval. This is found in the drop down box.
Please the "Immediate Registration" Option is already selected....
But...It's still not working.....

I've just tried and got successfully registered at your forum

What I had to do was to delete the whole site
Nd Install everything again....Because there were errors in my Database......
