you are using a browser ... you cannot view internet pages without one, even phones have browsers

Simply SMF is free to use, you require a host that offers php and mysql.

There are paid hosts, which are recommended for serious websites.
And there are free web hosts which will let you play with out any damage to your pocket.
Are the free host 'safe' those it weaken my forum ?

aslong as the free forum hosts keep up todate with thej updates then yes they are secure as can.
