Just upgraded from 1.1.19 to 1.1.12 and now getting a error Parse and no mods are there.

can you post the file with the error as well as the line that the error is on?

Got rid of error message and can post replies and post new now.
But Admin page is gone, white page with no text comes up so no way to fix the missing mods till I get Admin page back
