I was tired from work and got very frustrated last night.
I just started unzipping SMF ver2.0 RC4 and will do the manual install.
Oddly, this is the 5th forum that I am installing, and three went in fine with webinstall. ???
Anyway, sometimes things happen. Sometimes someone saying what you said, is received as "I understand your frustration, don't give up." ;)
