Print Page - smf in local server

i install phpdev to my computer.
php is running.

i try to install smf but appears fallowing error:

QuoteCannot connect to the MySQL database server with the supplied data.

If you are not sure about what to type in, please contact your host.
Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
Click here to try this step again.

what will i do ?

Are you sure MySQL is installed and running?

how can i install my database from net server to lokal server ??

i found restore_backup.php file in SMF forums. and solved backup problem.

new problem is ...

i couldnt login with administrator nick. how can i make myself admin in local smf ?

There might be a cookie problem, are you sure that you have set the directory permissions exactly like [Unknown] has told in the guide?
