should i remove custum theme and modes or no ?

pleasssseee neeed help my smf ver is 2.0 rc3 and there is no button for modification or pacadges theres only miscellaneous and there are no buttons nor options??

To update to Smf 2.0 rc 4 you must do it manually and not at the Admin Panel as that is to perform minor updates within the same branch version from what I have seen.

Like cicka said, Only manual upgrades are available in Rc builds.
