Will i lose my theme if i upgrade from 1.1.5 to 1.1.11
Hey there!
Your question depends partially on what theme it is...what theme is it?
Regards,
Labradoodle-360
Its the default theme but i changed it just a little, i added a table at the top and changed a few colours, edited some images and changed some font colours.
Well then, you'd lose all customization to the theme.
Hi i just noticed you are the reason i want to upgrade, what a coincidence, im trying to add the meebo chat bar to my forum but im using 1.1.5 and it took me ages to get my forum the way i want it and i dont really know how to do it all again as i have no idea what im doing really, i just wing it. is there any way you could help me?
Well, really you should ugprade to 1.1.12, although it is your decision. A ton has been updated security wise since 1.1.5. So I'd highly suggest upgrading, keeping a full backup of your 1.1.5 so you could match your previous customization.
If you are opposed to upgrading, I will assist you with getting Meebo Integration Mod working with 1.1.5.
Well i would rather stay with 1.1.5 for now because i dont think i would be able to redo my customizations as i just got lucky the first time i did it, so any assistance you could give getting it to work on 1.1.5 would be VERY appreciated. Thankyou.
Would you be willing to give me FTP access via PM to get it installed for you manually?
Sure but i warn you my server is a bit of a mess as i am new to all this so its all over the place really
That's fine. Would you please also provide me with a direct link to your forum and an administer account for me? I should have it done within 24 hours. About to run off with a busy schedule today, but I'll get it done within 24 for sure.
Yeah what email address shall i use for you account
Done, Do you need anything else?
I sent you a PM regarding the Customization. But beyond that, nope :)
