Title: HTTPS:// up loaded images

I have my site secured with https everythings fine until someone links an image from another (unsecured)  URL then I get security warnings in Chrome and IE anyone had this before?

That's a security feature of those browsers, they are alerting the user that all the contents on that page is not secured, and they may wish to opt not to load the unsecure content. So in short, nothing wrong there - the browsers are doing exactly what they are supposed to.

Thanks Lex, I understand that much,   ;)  So have to live with that? yeah?

Pretty much - Only way to go around it would be to not allow linking unsecure sites, or advice your users to just turn off those warnings, but that wouldn't be good either...

Yes its not a problem with good ol FF just IE which 57% of my members use. It causes a popup to ask yes or no about proceeding for every page.
