Hello i recently found a thread on this forum on how to incorporate php free chat into an smf forum. http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=279540.0

I have followed all of the steps and it has gotten me father then any other tutorial. You need to log in to acces the chat so here is a username and pass.

username - smfhelp
password- simplemachines

It loads the chat pages but it gets stuck at the loading screen

The topic called by you is an very old topic. The chat is integrated there in SMF1.1.7

The build of SMF2RC5 is completely different, even the field names in the database are changed.
So, I think you can't use the information you've find to integrate this chat.

The only thing I can advise you is asking the MOD-author of the 1.1.7 version MOD asking to upgrade it. (Or using another chat that can be integrated properly).

Wait a minute in that thread he states "ok.. i think i almost figured it out. i read through the modification how-to for 2.0.. well whats there anyway." in the seconf post... :o
