Error in Package Installation
At least one error was encountered during a test installation of this package. It is strongly recommended that you do not continue with installation unless you know what you are doing, and have made a backup very recently. This error may be caused by a conflict between the package you're trying to install and another package you have already installed, an error in the package, a package which requires another package that you don't have installed yet, or a package designed for another version of SMF.

How do I or more to the point, where do I get that from so I can upgrade?
Have you read through: Upgrading SMF (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?board=3.0;sort=subject)?
That doesn't tell me where I get the missing file from. Jusat how to downaload the files and upload to the server which has already got an existing SMF board on and that error message was from the administration control panel in the product itself.
Can someone tell me where I get this file from given that the file was never present in the zip file I have of the forum board code and obviously never installed in subsequent upgrades... How do I get hold of this file?
Solved the issue.
I went to a copy of the sites last back up and found a copy of the file that was missing off the server.
