I made a forum with www.x10hosting and i had it for 1month AND ITS SLOW!! How can i make it run faster?
what are your server specs? how many users/posts/topics/visits do you have on your forum?

Free hosts cram way too many sites on one server, crippling the resources and slowing down every site. If you are using x10hosting's paid service, they also oversell that as well. With only 11 members and 23 topics, you should not be seeing the least amount of lag. It is a huge chance that it is your host.
Like busterone said, your server is probably cramped up.
