Can I use WebInstall to install SMF 2.0 RC5?

As 2.0 isn't final, 1.1.13 is what WebInstall will get you. You can still install 2.0 RC5 the old-fashioned way though.

currently the webinstall is broken, please use normal install methods. if webinstall was not broken it would [and has before] allowed users to install 2.0 RC*.
