i tried to use the mod Create a topic when a post is reported http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2985 for 2.0 RC4
manually but i failed because i didnot find the codes as they are explained and required to put the right codes after them, in the files which are :
1- /Sources/ManageBoards.php
'recycle_board' => (int) $_POST['recycle_board'],
2-/Themes/default/ManageBoards.template.php
</tr><tr class="windowbg2">
<td align="right" colspan="2">
<input type="submit" name="save_settings" value="', $txt['mboards_settings_submit'], '" />
so please help me

That mod was created for the 1.1x version of SMF so its very likely some of the code is different.
2.0 has a built-in moderation center

in 1.1.13 it is 'recycle_board' => (int) $_POST['recycle_board'], so what is the similar in 2.0 RC4

Was working on this modification yesterday, but it will take some time for me to complete it as been busy in RL stuff these days.
Mainly making it for RC5 but as the code in RC5 and RC4 is quite similar, so I'm very sure that mod code will work fine on RC4 as well.

Ok after 2 days my PC is working again, so will be working on mod again shortly.
Update - The mod is complete in basic terms, I'm trying to add one more functionality in it which is taking a bit of time.
Do you guys want to include email system also in this, i.e email is sent to mods when a post is reported? (Personally I'm not a big fan of that feature.)
So it's a great morning, holiday for me and first thing I did today is to complete the mod :P.
Today I'll be debugging the mod errors and permission, and setting some nice text strings in it (which I fail to do every time :P).
Most probably by today evening or night mod will be submitted to the mod site ;).

Even I've not implemented it in the code, instead I've made it so that guests reporting the post have to give there name also (to avoid spamming).

the mod will have to sit in the queue until it is approved, this may take days/weeks or a month or more depending on how many other mods are in the queue.

I don't think this function is necessary - particularly because one of the main reasons for this mod is so that we do not have to rely upon moderators being informed of (and bugged by) problems by e-mail. If they are logged into the forum, they will see the topic and deal with it.
Besides, moderators that wish to be e-mailed about reported posts can choose to be informed of new topics to the report board. Just to be sure - the report will be treated as a new thread and trigger an "New Topic" e-mail to those that wish this - yes?

Do you know when the mod will be finally approved by the SMF team?
when the team gets around to it, there are other mods in the queue as well
This mod really suits me ... other modes do not support the report RC5 ... that's why I asked ;)

Too bad. Really, teally looking forward to this modification. Since we (me and my team) were used to the vReportBoardMod, the built-in reporting system of SMF2 can't be compared at all. So I'm really hoping that SMF's Joker can fix the points on which the mod has been rejected. Please keep up the good work! :)

The edit is made for report solve button for moderators. IDK how to show a button without modifying template :P.
