When someone completes the registration on my forum (SMF forum of course)
Eject him Eror, more specifically :

"Database Error

Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator. "

But registration is completed successfully and after that he can log in to the forum.
Just show him that eror.

First off, have you been to Admin>Forum Maintenance and tried to repair errors?

Have you been to your site's CPanel and attempted to repair the database, there?
