From what little you've told me, you've simply entered the wrong FTP details.
i use web install
i entered details but it always says ftp server is wrong but i use the one that host company gave

To make backups and restore them, I find the best way is to go to your site's CPanel>backups.
You can backup/restore both your full home directory (Your site) and the database, from there.

Sorry, man. That read_me is quite badly written and I hadn't realised.
The section headed "Upload files method 1: Using webinstall.php" is all very well. BUT, there doesn't appear to be a "Upload files method 2: Using FTP".
It's just labelled "Uploading the files".
Ignore that section and go to "Uploading the files".

I couldn't even begin to figure that one out, I'm afraid.
Only your host can sort that one out.
By the way, if you use Filezilla, make sure that "Transfer type" (Under the "Transfer" menu) is set to "binary", NOT "auto".

Yeah, I hear what you're saying.
The FTP details that you're supplying it must be wrong.
As I said, only your host can tell you what those details are.
Or, you can check them, by going to your site's CPanel (Assuming you have one) and checking the section labelled "Files", where "FTP accounts" is to be found.

If Filezilla is unable to connect to your FTP server, you need to contact your host and ask them for the details for FTP access.
