Is there a program here that would allow me to post an image from a thread up to facebook? I have done a search and even added "share this" and it doesn't have an area to allow me to upload images to facebook.
If you share a thread link of your forum in facebook, facebook will automatically detect all the images in that thread link page. You can then select which image that you prefer to be attach as the main image in your shared link in facebook. You do not need a mod to do that.
I have yet to have 1 image upload to facebook.......Not sure what i am missing here, but we have uploaded a ton of pictures to the forums, and all i am able to do via a mod, is like the thread, and it sends a post about it to facebook, but no image.

To post a thread or post with its image to facebook, simply copy its link and paste it on your facebook wall. It will then show your thread or post together with the image (if many, you can select one of them) in that thread or post.
I used that link and set up, but it will not locate smf attachments or avatars. It will grab [img] tags though with image links inserted......
I do not believe Facebook allows external apps to upload stuff directly to Facebook.
You can share "thumbnails" of images on a site though, as part of a Shared link - but even then FB only accepts images of certain sizes..
