I been stupid and installed the forum 2 i was about 2 install a theme and i moved the wrong file and i installed twice and now when u come 2 the login u have the first bit of the installation page if u don't get what i mean have a look at the attachment i only uploaded the first 7-8 files i think then on the page it said 2 delete the default php so i did i was going 2 then put it back but i can't. now it just says Index of / and forum with a link 2 my site

There are two options here.
Option 1: Move all the files from /forum to your main directory (see step 1 of How do I move my SMF board to a different host? (http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/How_do_I_move_my_SMF_board_to_a_different_host)). This will allow the forum to load whenever someone goes to that domain.
Option 2: Put an index.php file in the main directory with this code in it:

header('HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently');
header('Location: http://unitunitstronghold.netii.net/forum/index.php');
?>
That will cause anyone going to the main domain to get redirected to your forum automatically.
