I am attempting to upgrade my SMF 1.1.11 to 1.1.13 but have struck a problem.
I backed up my forum and did a backup of the database through the admin panel onto my hard disk.
I downloaded the large backup file, uploaded the files and did the CHMOD
When I look for my install.php I get an error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator,
[email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have tried to restore my backup SMF into another directory but get the same error message when I try to access this board.
I am out of my depth here and I need this board up and running urgently and I am willing to pay to have it fixed.
Can anyone point me to an individual or service that can fix this for me?

Did you download the large upgrade package? You should see an upgrade.php file not an install.php. The install.php file is for new installs and not upgrades. If you can't figure it out, feel free to send me a PM and I'll take a look at your setup.
