I am useing smf 2.0 RC3
I want to find /themes/default/languages/mdifications.english-utf8.php file but i can not find it's location.

Are you sure you are using the utf-language pack ? Not just the default English language pack ?

I am useing default english language pack.
where can i get utf and how i can install it?

also you should consider upgrading your install to RC5 so you can get the latest security patches. just wondering why are you looking for that file? modifications.english.php does not do what you want?

all mods should install into the english language files just fine, and should skip all other languages unless you have them installed.
