make sure all your theme files are uploaded, they are in the theme folder. also which version are you trying to install?
If you're using Filezilla, go to the "Transfer" menu and make sure that "Transfer type" is set to "binary", could you?
It's set to "auto", by default and that breaks some things, sadly.
i dont think that is the issue, i think some files are missing as the install was able to complete.

the only files that need to be uploaded are those in your theme folder, the rest should be in place.
Ok, try to re-upload the Templates folder.
