I've upgrade my forum to the 1.1.13 unfortunately still getting the following error. note that i'm using patches to do the upgrade. any advice will be highly appreciated.

I've resolved the isse. obviously it needs server upgrade. my current package unable to serve the traffics. thank you for your tips and help.
