Is there a way I can have the Post header and Topic Header in the URL??

Hi, welcome to SMF, you can do that by using one of those two mods:

or

While the mods will do what you want, it will have little to no effect on your site's SEO efforts. I'd suggest spending your time generating useful and relevant content rather than worrying about the content of the URL.

2.0 is no more stable then 1.1.14, it just has more features.

SMF 2.0 is more recommend in my opinion. It's the latest and greatest version of SMF, that keeps SMF competitive because it has new features and makes modification installations easier through the package manager that works on themes.

I would go with SMF 2.0 for this alone.

Good luck and as someone mentioned, this won't affect SEO. It will only make it easier for your members to memorize site URLs and such.
