Otsikko: Change width forum SMF
Kirjoitti: Invisible24 - toukokuu 29, 2011, 03:59:14 IP
Hi!

I apologize for any inconsistencies that language but I am a Pole and Polish support members will not be too much interest in my topic.

I would ask what file do I change the width of the entire board.

Thank you for your reply, I greet!

If using the default theme look for this in Admin/Current Theme:

Forum width:
Set the forum width. Examples: 950px, 80%, 1240px.

If using a custom theme look for the "wrapper" settings in index.css or style.css, depending on which version of SMF you are using.

;)

keep in mind that, that will only work on 2.0 not 1.1.1* and the op has not told us what version they are running.

also not all themes contain a wrapper id or class.

Even it's not there, it's not exactly hard to just add one in, or equivalent. :P

But, like Runic said, the theme and version number are both needed for us to be able to help you better.
