Hello again, I just wanted to as where in the theme style sheet could I edit this (I don't know what to call it but I'll upload and image blow so you can see what am trying to do.) I want to change the blue and pink color things but I need to know where they on in the style sheet.

Do you want to change the background colors? It is usually defined as .windowbg and .windowbg2 in the css file.
