Otsikko: Trash has topics, but is empty
Kirjoitti: Autumn13 - kesäkuu 14, 2011, 03:36:19 IP
I am aware of how to purge the trash, but that does not work for me.

On the index, I can see the latest topic in the trash, but when I click on the Trash index board, nothing is there.  I see the difference is that the board is probably full of a member's posts (had thousands). When you go to Delete a Member, there is the option to just remove all the posts, but not delete the account. That is what I did some time ago, and the Trash has been broken ever since.

If an active member has a post deleted, the Trash shows up with other active member's trash, but not the deleted-posts person's.

I am thinking the only way to really fix this is to use a MySQL query.

Any help on this?

ETA: I have searched topics on this, but have not found anything similar. The only advice given was to purge the Recycle Bin.

Just an off-the-cuff idea, here...

Try going to Forum Maintenance and recounting statistics and repairing errors, that kinda stuff.
