Well, one that I know of, anyway, and we're pretty active.
This all seemed to start when we changed our address from http://www.czforumsite.info to http://www.czfirearms.us. We were on 1.1.13 at that point, and one user started getting "Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message." any time he tried to post. I had him clear his cache and cookies, and he cleared his browsing history, but he still can't post. In addition, his "Total Time Logged in" is no longer increasing. I updated to 1.1.14, still no joy. He created a new account, and still gets the session timed out message.
He is on IE9, and is adamant about not installing another browser. :-\
ETA: He also tried a system rollback to a date before he started seeing the issues, and I have run repair_settings.php.
Any ideas?
TIA!
Bill
It would help to isolate if it's a browser issue on his pc - even if he only temporarily uses another browser like firefox and thats also available as a portable package (google) so doesn't even need installing
OK, I got him to try Portable Firefox, and he gets the same error, and the same "Total Time Logged in."
Very weird!
In the "FWIW" category, he has tried a ver. 2.0 board, and get's the same result.
~sigh~

I'm no expert with SMF, but I'd be looking at firewall and antivirus settings. He's got a problem that exists across browsers and forums. That seems to imply that he needs to look somewhere else, and the culprit in a lot of problems at our forum has been security software. Is he a member at any SMF forum(s) where he *can* post?
