Hey
I previously had smf_2-0-rc5_install.zip working but i did something and thought well im only just beginning ill delete the folder smf was installed ( for me /public_html/forum) i also deleted everything in phpmyadmin aswell as MySQL Database and user. I wanted a whole refresh.
How ever now it wont install
i get this errror Fatal error: Call to undefined function db_fatal_error() in /home/nxtgen5/public_html/forum/Sources/Subs-Db-mysql.php on line 82
if i try repair_settings.php i get nothing working either
i have no idea how to fix anything now
it should just do a easy install like before right? using the same stuf?

You need a database for the forum to connect to.
Until you make that database, any install, which is looking for a database, is gonna fail.
