Title: Quick moderation icons on Subject index

Not sure if I'm calling this correctly? I have updated to a fresh install of 2.0 and cannot remember how I was able to get the quick tools to the right of each new subject/thread? I did not have any MOD installed for this so I'm assuming I'm missing a checkbox somewhere or is this done via manual edit? I attached a photo of what I am trying to achieve.

Take a look at:

Profile - Look and Layout - Modify Profile

The last option, "Show quick-moderation as" :)
