Well i upgraded my forum and now i got a bad issue
I forgot to uninstall the mods before i upgrade but i have backup of rc5.
So my Question is if i Install 2.0 Final Full, can i Convert the Database from rc5 to Final without any errors ?
If i can please give me a link to a Converter :D
Or if it doesnt work, what should i do that i can uninstall the complete Mods?
Thanks in Advance

you can truncate the table the packages are held in and that would "remove" them. what exactly is your issue?
My issue is that i cant Uninstall the mods who causes Errors,
A picture to show what i mean is Attached
i know a lot of mods are not Installed but thats not the Problem, my Problem is that i cant Uninstall the others D:
ill hope you understand what i mean
Thanks in Advance

they are failing to uninstall as they are not installed to start with. so uninstalling them will just remove them from the database where the information is stored. uninstalling them should not cause issues, but doing a backup first does not hurt. you would also need to use version emulation via the advanced link to revert back to RC5 or earlier to uninstall them.
Ok this sounds a little Complicated :D
Is it Not easier and more secure just Install the Full 2.0 Final from downloadpage and then Convert the Users posts and Topics etc from rc5(which backup i have) to the Final version ? So that im Sure i got No errors and i can Install all Mods from new.
Thanks in Advance

that would imo take longer to do.
Uhm ok i look tomorrow what i can do like your examples and then i say if it worked or Not :). but for now i have to do other things.
And then if it worked i mark it as Solved.
Thank you

What exactly is your question? There are no DB-changes between RC5 and Gold, rather than the version info.
the developers have not said there are no database changes between RC5 and gold. until they say so i would not suggest to someone that there are no changes.
There are a few fixes, on the database, from RC5 to 2.0 Gold, in particular one regarding protected groups (fixing a bug), and a few regarding updating themes from previous versions.
I suggest to actually run the upgrade script on the database.
pzyhô,
Try clicking on the Advanced link below the package list, and set there "2.0 RC5", then save it, for the moment. The package list might then give you a link to uninstall the mods.
Force uninstalling them. And you're done. :)

I Asked this several times, bu no-one could tell me the exact changes. I did a manual upgrade without the upgrade.php and my forum is running fine for over a week now...
Well i tried it with Advanced in Package manager but its still not list the "uninstall" button :/
then you are best to contact the mod author for further help.
lul cant do that with 7 Mods that got the Probleme ^^ i think the best what i can do is to upload the old rc5 with database then Deinstall all mods and everything and then upgrade it again :O
But Thanks anyway :)
#edit: i made it. Without any errors
