Title: main_block in Adobe Illustrator format for the default theme (attached)
Post by: ttteflon on June 25, 2011, 03:19:01 AM
I just recreated the main_block.png as an Adobe Illustrator file and used this as a basis to change to a different colour scheme.

I have attached the Illustrator file with the original colours.

I hope it helps for you.

I must learn Illustrator sometime (I have it but know hardly anything about it). That looks like a very nice job. Thanks. :)

Illustrator is fantastic. Seriously great advantages for web work compared to using Photoshop.

I prefer Illustrator over PS. One good reason is that I do a lot of apparel and paper goods design and most local printers are now requiring either Coral Draw or illustrator files and shying away from accepting Photoshop files. In my area it is now almost impossible to find any printer that will deal with PS files.
As soon as I get my new comp finished I will be able to get my CS5 suite back up and practice a bit more with Illustrator.
Nice work ttteflon.  ;)
