How do I remove the text above the submit and review buttons that says "shortcuts: hit alt+s to submit/post or alt+p to preview"
Here is a picture of what I want to remove (SMF 1.1.10)

Line 336: $txt['smf25'] = 'shortcuts: hit alt+s to submit/post or alt+p to preview';
Themes\default\languages\Manual.english.php
Line 299: $txt['manual_posting_shortcuts'] = 'shortcuts: hit alt+s to submit/post or alt+p to preview';
Themes\default\languages\Post.english.php
Line 80: $txt['smf16'] = 'shortcuts: hit alt+s to submit/post or alt+p to preview';

you can edit out the text above but leave the '' in its place or change the text if you need to.
