Title: after yabb 2.5 AE -> SMF 2.0 can't login with username (only userid and email)

Do you know if SMF doesn't allow login with username or did something go wrong with the import? I didn't convert with the 2.5 AE -> SMF converter as there is no such thing. I used an older version.

What happens when you try to login with your username? Converting from flat-file systems is always a bit tricky because the converter expects the data to be in a specific format or on a specific line in the file, and if that changes, things could get messed up.

It says that user does not exist.

I changed real name to k6 in here and could not log in either.

So this feature has been deprecated maby? You can't login with both? These were "user ID" and "displayed name" in YABB.

You have to login with your username, not display name.

You could login with both in YABB. Now people are confused why they can't login.

I guess the solution is to notify users.
