I messed something up on php my admin!
i cant log on to my aco**** now i went to members my account and change like the pass settings and now this comes up when i log on

when i renenter it, it says incorect pass
what did you do, or try to do with phpmyadmin? do you have a backup from before you did whatever?

I DO HAVE a back up
Can you try to click password forgotten underneath that box ?
or try index.php?action=reminder on your site's url

i put site on maitenace
try to restore your backup with phpmyadmin would be the easiest, since you have not told us what you were trying to do.
does it gives you the opportunity to fill in your username or email so you can reset the password ?
if it does you get email if not i am afraid you must put the database in his state before you did something wrong with your phpmyadmin, if you dont know where you are dealing with don't do it.
