I don't know where to go to ask help in this matter. I do not have access to a PC and Internet Explorer.
I know this is not the place to solve IE problems but I have to start somewhere. And I am running SMF. If you know of a website that might deal with this type of problem, please give me a link.
I have an icon that displays as a red X on IE browsers. Mozilla and Opera display this icon as it should. I have created other icon and they display on IE as expected.
I have googled and found several sites that suggest ways to correct this problem, none from the side of the website administrator.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283807 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283807)
Gives extensive information for the IE user.
I have searched this web site and do not find a solution.
Most of the members of this club website are not very computer savvy. If possible I would like to fix this icon instead of asking them to patch/fix IE on their end.
This is the permissions of the icon:

This will take you directly to the icon if you want to use 'wget'.

This will show the icon in use:

Oct, Nov, Dec, should have either a blue fly or showing a red X
Ok, did it from a screen cap. Try the attached.
In IE you may have to do a Ctrl+F5 to force a reload.
