I'm trying to do the conversion but i only have the backup database what exactly would i need in that wise so i could just use the 3.0version since ive seen tons of people just use it

witch converter do you use I have the same version op IPB and like to convert to smf too. But I can't find a converter that works only for older versions of IPB.

Can anyone help?

I am also looking for a convertor for IP.Board 3.1.4 to SMF, is there any converters are available for this ?

Add me to the list. Client is on IPB 3.1.4 and we'd love to move to SMF.

I guess the 3.0 converter will work fine, but I don't know about the database changes between 3.0 and 3.1.
