As far as i know such mod doesn't exist,that's why i can suggest you to move your topic into Mod Requests (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=79.0) Board,so there you can request for a modification

You can add a button either to the main menu in index.template.php, or to the header on every post in Display.template.php. I've done both with popup Flash mp3 players, should be much the same for vids.
