My users have been receiving  private messages from visitors, I don't know how to fix the problem; I have checked the permissions of users and forums, it appears to be in order. What Should I do?

what version of smf are you running? what mods do you have installed?

I'm running 1.1.14 and I instaled a few moods but that was almost two months ago with no problem.
Those moods are:
*BBCode with style
*Additional Membergroups on Profile
*Addthis widget in first post
*Image Thumb Tag

As I sed, I do not have any problem with those moods, not even whit other moods that I Instaled in the past.  I instaled Activity_Bar mood yesterday but my problem becomes from three days ago.

how are you sure the pm's are coming from a visitor and not someone that registered and deleted their account?

Because I had recived like two or Three massege reports from my users, let me take a pic. to show you.

My forum is in spanish if there is any incoveniance with the lenguage please you can send me with some one else.

In These massege the user say that a visitors sended a blank massage. I coud not to open the spoiler.


And these is a regular post, the usere ask about if visitors can send pm's

in the default permissions you can not give guests the ability to send a pm.

A Spanish site won't hamper what I'd like to investigate.

do not pm anyone without asking first especially when it is relates to a support request, it is a great way to get ignored.

Even I take off two of the three permisions that visitors had. Now they can only surff in two of my forums.

Oh, I'm sorry about it I just miss your warning below your posts. I sould be asked before to pm you. it was only to prevent any incoveniance.

Can you stay suporting me? If don't, I will understand  and I will try to find a solution for my problem tks!  :)

Any user can not delete their acounts with out an Admin permission

I prefer to send it in a pm, can I?  It's because we had lots of spam last month. We had to high the "Complexity of visual verification image"  And the option to approve a new member is now only with an admin permission.

As hard as I tried, I could not find a way to send a PM without logging into your forum... when was the last time one was sent?

We suppose the messege was sended on july 3th. But I'm realy not sure because the report sended to me don't show any thing. Me even try to send a messege as a visitor but  couldn't. I have no idea what is it about.

Hi! It's me again, I find the way to get one of those pm's. I open an acount as a new member yesterday (I did not check these accoun until today) and guess what ::) these person send me the "X" Message. We are 4 people as an Admin. Just one of us recive the message But it do not have a word.

Yes I'm sure. I recived a new report yesterday. I can not to find the problem.

Would you be willing to give me an admin account and FTP access so I can investigate further to see what might be going on? 

I have to consult with the other admins. because I am not paying for the domain, so  I'm going to ask and I return with an answer.
