Is the logo defined in the Theme Settings for the logo. Just replace it with whatever you want.
But if it's hard coded into your theme you'll need to edit your Index.template.php and change the img src:
http://waynesworld.kicks-ass.net/banner/robbie.gif to the new one.
im having the same problem... i found where the link is for to change the image.. but it wont change.. it just turns into a box with a red X on it..
I've split your reply to a new topic as that one was 4 years old or so. How are you trying to change your logo?
