Which of these options do I need to select?

No trouble thanks, Someone who helped me with security settings and permissions a while ago told me I should do that after I install a mod. I installed a mod earlier today and went to do that and didn't remember which option they told me to select.
i would not worry about it unless you have a very unsecure server.

If it had to be done though can you tell me which option I would want to use?
the first one most likely would be good enough, but most people never touch their file permissions unless there is an issue with them.
