I've been banning spammers who register on the site, specifically the option to register. I assumed that I'd never hear from them again, but now I look at profiles that say "User is currently banned." Why are they still able to register if I banned them, and why are they still being listed on my waiting approval list? Is there an option to literally block them from registering completely?
You need to ban there IP's normal ban is just banning one account you chosen.
These spammers get paid for posting advertisements, there is a fix for this to stop them from registering.
banning ip addresses these days is almost useless due to the fact that most people have dynamic ip addresses that change often.
